Who we are

Conduit is a trading name of Treasury Link Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12438364. Registered office: St Stephens House, Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1RU.

Treasury Link Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Conduit reviews commercial FX arrangements and introduces businesses to providers. We do not execute foreign exchange transactions, provide payment services or hold client funds. We do not advise on options or other regulated derivatives, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address and telephone number. We may also collect the approximate annual FX volume band, currencies and free-text notes you submit. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

To stop the form being abused by automated submissions, we also record a one-way cryptographic hash of the network address the submission came from. We do not store the address itself. These records are used only to count repeat submissions and are cleared during subsequent enquiry processing once they are more than 26 hours old.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you want us to, to discuss whether an introduction to a foreign exchange provider would be useful. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you initiated, and keeping the form usable by preventing automated abuse. Because we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time; see your rights below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to providers as a lead. Your details are shared with a provider only where you have asked us to make a specific introduction. Our website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf. We also use Resend to send enquiry notifications to our inbox; these notifications contain the details you submit.

How long we keep it

Website enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from submission. We review and delete older records using our enquiry dashboard. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will. Email correspondence is managed separately and reviewed for deletion when it is no longer needed for the business relationship.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@conduit.co.uk.
