Whoever called first
Many businesses work with the dealer who made contact at the right moment. They may be capable, but the relationship began through timing rather than comparison.
Corporate FX procurement
Corporate FX is difficult to compare and easy to overcomplicate. Conduit reviews your FX arrangement, compares suitable providers and stays involved as your needs change.
What we review before anything changes
No preferred solution. Only what fits the business.
Many businesses work with the dealer who made contact at the right moment. They may be capable, but the relationship began through timing rather than comparison.
When a client's trades help balance a provider's own positions, pricing and credit may be stronger. When they increase the provider's exposure, it may widen its margin to make the credit terms worthwhile. Unused facilities may also be reduced or withdrawn.
Putting all your FX through one provider concentrates counterparty risk and can make a large credit facility harder to price keenly. Using more than one suitable provider can reduce that reliance, make credit less vulnerable to a change in terms and preserve a current market comparison.
Four steps to a decision that stays yours.
How the business handles currency today — pairs, rough volumes, timing. Nothing to prepare.

We establish how the current arrangement performs and measure it against the wider market, identifying where another provider could improve pricing, credit, product capability or service.
We assess the current arrangement against the wider market to identify where another provider could add value.
We identify suitable providers against the business's requirements across pricing, credit, products and service. Where a like-for-like comparison is appropriate, competition can improve commercial terms. We explain the differences, highlight the strongest fit and introduce you to the people who would manage the relationship.

You decide whether to proceed, complete your own due diligence and contract directly with any provider you choose.
You decide whether to proceed and contract directly with any provider you choose.
Conduit remains available for material commercial matters and periodic reviews as your requirements change. Day-to-day dealing and account administration remain with your provider.
These are examples rather than limits. We work with UK businesses trading between £1m and £250m in FX each year, or where smaller volumes involve more complex requirements. Because Conduit is only paid when a business chooses to trade, we are selective about where we can add value.
We are paid by the provider when a business introduced by Conduit chooses to trade. There is no fee to you; your contract and trading relationship are directly with the provider. Our reputation and future business depend on that relationship working over the long term.
Your enquiry and review are confidential. We never publish client names, and share details with a provider only with your permission — which is why you will not find a wall of logos on this page.
