Conduit is a trading name of Treasury Link Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12438364. Registered office: St Stephens House, Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1RU.

Treasury Link Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Conduit reviews commercial FX arrangements and introduces businesses to providers. We do not execute foreign exchange transactions, provide payment services or hold client funds. We do not advise on options or other regulated derivatives, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.

What this site is

This website describes a commercial FX review and introduction service, with ongoing support for the provider relationship. Conduit does not execute transactions, provide payment services or hold client funds. Conduit does not advise on options or other regulated derivatives. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to enter into a particular trade or investment.

The limits of an introduction

Where we introduce you to a provider, you contract with that provider directly and on their terms. Assessing a provider's suitability, regulatory permissions, creditworthiness and pricing remains your responsibility, and we would expect you to carry out your own due diligence before entering into any agreement. Conduit is not a party to that agreement and does not hold client funds at any point.

How we are paid

Conduit is paid a commission by the provider where an introduction leads to a trading relationship. You are not charged a fee by us. We will tell you plainly that this is how we are paid; if you would like to know more about the arrangement in a particular case, ask and we will explain it.

Accuracy

Market commentary on this site is general in nature and reflects our view at the time of writing. Foreign exchange terms move, and anything described here as typical may not hold in your circumstances. We do not warrant that the content is complete or current.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you take in relation to a provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
